Clayhill’s principle focus is on the private market sector.  Our primary clients are early-stage and middle-stage companies that require structural improvement. We offer the transitional arena that allows a company to focus on what they do best, developing their idea, while we provide services to expand and ready their business platforms to be invested in by our pool of investors.  

In order to be included among Clayhill’s portfolio of business, a company must first undergo a thorough evaluation to determine the viability and growth potential of their idea, as well as the soundness of their business plan.  From this process, Clayhill develops a report on the strengths and weaknesses of the company and presents recommendations to strengthen the business and prepare it for investment.  At Clayhill, the first priority is to create shareholder value in each company we work with.  We then work to ensure that the relationships between investor and company are in line with what each want from the marriage.  The investor is our most valued asset; if they are motivated to invest their hard earned dollar, we are ready to get them the return they require.
